Program Schedule

Weed It, Seed It, Feed It is a 4 consecutive week program that is comprised of classroom discussion and teaching as well as some home/life work outside of the course.  The four weeks will include:

  1. Tools for gaining self awareness
  2. Tools for managing stress and anxiety including:
  • distorted thinking patterns and limiting beliefs
  • health and lifestyle recommendations
  • self empowerment tools
  • resources to develop supportive networks
  • relaxation techniques such as mindfulness, breathing exercises, visualization, etc

It is very important to attend all classes as each class builds on the previous lecture.  Class sizes are limited, so please contact us to book your seat.
